Orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Shipping within Pakistan typically takes 3-5 business days.

If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a return policy. Items must be unworn and in their original packaging. Please contact our customer service for return authorization.

Return/Exchange Policy:

If the piece isn’t the perfect fit, don’t worry as we offer exchanges! Here’s how:

Contact us via email at support@aarrcc.com or send us a message on our socials within 3 days of receiving your order. You can also reach us on WhatsApp at +92 320 8330832. Share your order number and the reason for the exchange.

Send the item back in its original condition (unworn and with all tags intact). Return shipping costs will be covered by the customer.

Once we receive and inspect your item, we’ll process your exchange or provide store credit if the requested piece is unavailable. An additional shipping fee will apply for the new item to be sent.

Please note that we do not offer exchanges or returns on sale items.

Faulty Pieces

We maintain strict quality control, but if you happen to receive a faulty or incorrect item, we’ve got you covered!

Report the issue within 3 days of receiving your order by emailing support@aarrcc.com or reaching out via WhatsApp at +92 320 8330832. Please include your order number and clear photos of the issue.

We’ll arrange a replacement or store credit, and we’ll cover all costs, including return shipping.

No Returns Policy

We do not offer returns based on personal preference. To help you make informed decisions, we provide high-quality images and videos of all our pieces. Once a purchase is finalized, it cannot be returned.
