3.3 Order Cancellation: We reserve the right to cancel orders for any reason, including suspected fraud or pricing errors. Customers may cancel orders within 12 hours of placement.

4. Shipping & Delivery

4.1 Shipping Timeframes: Orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Delivery times vary based on location and carrier.

4.2 Lost or Delayed Packages: We are not responsible for lost or delayed packages caused by the carrier. However, we will assist in resolving such issues.

5. Returns & Exchanges

5.1 Return Policy: We do not offer returns. However, if you receive a faulty or incorrect item, you may request an exchange within 3 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused and in their original condition. Custom or sale items are not eligible for exchange.

5.2 Refund Process: Refunds are only issued if a replacement is unavailable for a faulty or incorrect item. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days.

5.3 Exchanges: Report the issue within 3 days of receiving your order by emailing support@aarrcc.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. Once we receive and inspect the faulty item, we’ll process your exchange. If the requested piece is unavailable, we will provide store credit. An additional shipping fee will apply for the new item to be sent.

All content on our website, including images, text, and branding, is the property of Aarrcc and may not be used without permission.
